Yasmany Fuentes – Founder & Visionary
Born in Cuba and raised in the United States, Yasmany Fuentes brings his passion for travel and the ocean to every trip we plan. His diving journey began unexpectedly after years of studying karate—one day, curiosity led him into The Scuba Company, and the rest is history. Within a year, Yasmany advanced from PADI Open Water Diver to Divemaster, later earning his Instructor and IDC Staff Instructor certifications. His dedication and enthusiasm for diving have inspired countless others to take the plunge, with over 300 certifications earned in 2017, making him a PADI Elite Instructor—the only one in New Mexico at the time—and earning him PADI Pro of the Year in 2018. With years of experience leading dive groups around the world, Yasmany ensures every diver feels heard, safe, and excited about their journey. He believes in creating not just vacations but lifelong memories for every client, sharing his deep love of the ocean and adventure with everyone he meets.
Lauren Vail – The Planning Perfectionist

From her first SNUBA dives as a child to exploring cenotes in Mexico, vibrant Caribbean reefs, and the breathtaking currents of the Philippines, every experience deepened her connection to the underwater world. Now a certified PADI Instructor, Jamie channels that same enthusiasm into crafting extraordinary experiences for ScubaCo Travel. As our BlackOps Trips Director and the creative wizard behind the curtains, she ensures every journey—whether it’s an exotic dive expedition or an off-the-radar adventure—is seamless, thrilling, and meticulously executed.
